The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out.
The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app.
If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

We always strive to meet all of our customers' needs, but sometimes the solutions proposed can be very difficult to implement, or there may be no solution at all.
We understand that you are very dissatisfied because our app has not met your expectations and we also realize the significant and benefits if our app can work with other third party apps like you said.
However, it's currently one of our limitations and we're still trying to find a way to sort it out in the future

It single-handedly manages all wholesale-related features, offering a unified, sophisticated solution. This centralized control allows for elegant user interactions; for example, product prices adjust dynamically on the page as quantities change, reflecting preset price breaks and quantity rules. This feature extends to the wholesale order form, where a notice appears over the quantity selector to highlight volume pricing availability — a unique, customer-centric detail not found in other apps. Initially, integrating the form into my highly customized theme presented challenges. However, Haley and her development team showcased their expertise by providing the necessary support to successfully implement the solution. Their knowledgeable assistance was invaluable.
