This app does everything I need to offer wholesale pricing and much more! I wasn't expecting to get as much as I did! Customer service is also the best! Very prompt and helpful!

This is a great app! I am a silicone bead craft supplier and I've been looking to add a discounted bulk purchase option to my website for a while now. I stumbled across this one and I'm so glad I did! I ran into an issue where the discounted price wasn't showing in the cart. I reached out to customer service and Haley replied and had the issue corrected extremely fast! Thanks so much!
This is a great app! I've tried other B2B apps and this fits what I'm looking for. It's pretty easy to learn and user friendly. If there are any hurdles you come across, Haley is very helpful and will fix it! I highly recommend!

First off- this app is free! I just went through testing close to a dozen similar apps, and this is better than he vast majority, which being the least expensive!
Second- customer support are absolute rockstars! Let me tell you:
I found everything to be intuitive to use, and well documented, I didn't have any issues with setup- but I did send customer support a message with a suggestion for the interface. There wasn't anything wrong, just a new feature was partially overlapping a button. I told them I didn't need a reply, it was just feedback for the next time they happened to make an adjustment to the UI, I know that's not a quick process.
I got a response and thanks right away from Haley in the app. Then, an hour later, another message and screenshot- the testing team went and fixed it right away! I was shocked and impressed. I appreciate that the folks working here are so invested in customer experience, improvement, and follow through. It's refreshing.
So I do urge anyone on here, if you're having difficulty configuring or using anything- don't be afraid to reach out to customer support. This team is ON IT! And very personable and courteous. :)
