Great customer service and amazing free app to help anyone turn a store into B2B without having to pay Shopify's outrageous $2300 fee for basic functionality that stores like Duda offer as standard for like $30 a month all inclusive in the plan. About time.

Update months later - amazing customer service helping us refine and fix things. Note, don't use with Trade theme as that has a wholesale feature that clashes with Sami's code... Dawn works great as do others... of course Trade theme only works if you use with Shopify Plus (which you need around 2K a month to use, great if you are GymShark making billions).

I have to give these guys 5 stars. Not only does the app offer great value to my store, but there service was also incredible! The app is for free and I received better service from Haley and the team than I do from some paid apps. Yes there were some glitches in setting everything up and minor errors I pointed out to them. But they fixed everything and with a little bit of time spent with them, working together, my system was up and running. Great app with great value and exceptional service! Well done!

Lots of great apps available, but the integration of this app in the backend, and their wizardry skills on the front-end make this app very performant and light-weight compared to its competitors. The rules have been faultless and the only thing faster than their loading times is their online chat support. Very quick! Well done on a great system.

Sami B2B is a great plugin to use, smooth adoption, work as expected, it is all just simple settings inside the Shopify site. I can't believe currently they are free to use!

They have easy to understand documentation, supportive customer service (Thanks Haley!) I was having quite a headache trying to think about solutions to our store's B2B customize pricing and shipping rules, and Haley offered ideas & solutions based on our store's current situation, I am really grateful for her support : )
