I was struggling with the registration form not showing up on my page. I reached out for help, and the support team responded immediately. They identified the issue (which was a setting I missed) and fixed it right away via collaborator access. I am very impressed with their speed and kindness. Highly recommended!
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Terrible customer service and NOT made for US market. Messed up my whole site. I was told by the developer that fixing US was not a priority. Save yourself the hassle!!
The app works well for managing products and inventory. The experience is positive, with room for refinement. Customer support is a real strength: quick to respond, easy to reach, and consistently helpful.
