I changed my review for 1 star to 4. Javier was great to help and fix the issue. 5 start for his service. However, the app is missing some important features e.g Being able to add more discount groups without needing the coding from an expert.

I really like the app and the support was always efficient and quick. Unfortunately, I had a problem in the app that prevents me from using it and I’m trying to reach the support for 10 already but nobody answers. I have wholesaler clients waiting for me to send new collections but I can’t do it without fixing this issue 

I am changing my review because they did install the snippets on my theme (4 days after the installation which is long though). It took a little while to install and there were a few issues but now it's working fine.
May I add that they never asked me to post a positive review or change my negative review that I had left previously.
I have also bought 2 of their extensions "Minimum Order Barrier" and "Minimum Product Items" which were setup quickly. Why 4 stars out of 5?
An IMPROVEMENT to be done please > that a wholesale customer can purchase a product even if it's out of stock (when it's not available for general customers).
And also, the support theme is taking time to reply at times, specially when there's an urgent problem to be solved.

It does just what we want! Helps us set pricing for our wholesale customers, with one website. Helpful support.

We have been using the app for 6 months now. Work smoothly and don't have any issues. The team response to any of the query very swiftly.

I tried a few other wholesale apps and although I received excellent customer service from the others, the solutions where far too difficult and limiting. Enrique is amazing and this app solves our problems efficiently. The only thing that would make this app a 5 star is if you could turn a customer into a wholesale customer using tags or a switch right from the shopify customer page. Other than that, this app is super easy to use and very powerful. Highly recommended

Overall this is a really handy app and we are happy with the way it is now performing. There were a few bugs when we fist installed it but they were sorted out quickly by the MicroApps team. The service from Enrique and his team has been excellent. Would recommend, particularly for those stores that are not handling a huge number of SKU's or product variants.

Very professional and answered my email very promptly. Wholesaler should clone him =)

Feedback on Wholesaler App, it is very easy to use but it really needs a SEARCH field for adding costumers, I have over 5,000 soon and to manually go in and check them off then send individual invite is time consuming. Also when you no longer want to give them access, you have to go page by page to look for them Other than that I am pretty much a happy camper. GREAT JOB!!!
