They have been great to work with so far - setting everything up was pretty user-friendly and intuitive. Any questions I had, they were really quick in getting back to me. We're not 'live' yet, but when we're ready, we plan on going for one of the paid versions to add more options. Looking forward to working with these people in the future.
Wholly Guac Ah-Molly. This has been a life send to our company. One of our biggest pain points was being able to accurately input manual orders. Not only manual orders but ones with multiple addresses. The B2B functions are quite amazing! The other great things are the integration with programs such as Zapiet. Oh Oh Oh! The other really awesome thing is it really does a lot while preserving Shopify Native functions. The customer service isn't beatable. We literally were on a chat an hour later after asking for one. Nice People!
We use Wholster to manage dealers all over the world. The import of products with various price lists is easy and intuitive (both from the platform and csv) and, once understood the mechanisms with which VAT, discounts and payment terms are managed, the purchase procedure is very well designed. The assistance is top: every time we had a problem on some operation the answers were fast, comprehensive and always kind.
When we have reported malfunctions have always been fixed in a short time. This is app is perfect for those who want to have a full-fledged B2B without having to upgrade to Shopify's Plus plan!
Most Recent update: I emailed them with one problem that was the hinge of our issues and why we weren't using them. They never responded. It's been a year, I haven't opened this to any customer and I've given up hope.
Update & Full Disclosure: the developer is asking me to change my review because they felt they were being "held hostage" by my two-star review. I might have been willing to give them four stars, but the ask cost them one.
The developer is willing to improve the app, and relatively quick, compared to most. They listen and respond mostly appropriately. They genuinely seem to acknowledge flaws and desire to fix them. That being said, I still don't have an order through their system. Part of that is a lack of trust in a new application. Part of that is a lack of willing old customers to try a new system. I can't full vet this system until I have had several orders and seen the entire process.
Old review:
It's really pretty. It seems well designed. It seems like it would be very nice to use on the front side. But the back side is weak. Pricing is everything. Pricing is the difference between life and death for a business. My option for pricing is a flat discount per category or whole store. That's it. Not per product. No bulk upload. No way to commit my actual wholesale prices to my retail store as intended. Could be massively improved.

I'm sorry to see that you were having trouble with Wholester! I just wanted to let you know that Wholester does in fact have product specific pricing fixed pricing capabilities, which are defined by first setting up customer groups, then assigning specific prices for each of the customer groups. We would be happy to set up a time for a demo if interested! We will also follow up with an email, so we can make sure you can get set up as desired.
As for the feedback here - what we will take out of this is that the instructions for setting this up are not easy enough to find, so we will certainly make sure we implement an easier to follow process for this.

Just to give you the picture. A client calls us at 10 am Friday for an order they want 236 boxes shipped out to 236 different addresses on Monday morning. The support stayed up with me until 3 AM to work out every kink! (It is a relatively new app)! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS DONE!
We suggest using flat-rates for shipping as it just makes the processing move faster!
I would have given 10 stars! All my gift shippers or mini corporate gifters this is the only app is essential!
We send out gifts to multiple addresses and we needed this done over night.
3/3/2022 - Your blind response has again show you have zero integrity in your business. to the fellow potential users - this company Gist - will charge you subscription despite you have removed the plan of trial as you have to personally contact them to end the contract. but it's too late - $39.90 is what they refer to - no refund. Gist-apps - the no 1 scammer in Shopify. : no refund despite app is not work

We are very sorry to see that you are upset, however, with regard to a refund, you were never actually on a paid account with Wholster. This means that no payment was ever made to us for the use of the application, and no refund would be possible to issue.
This app is not user-friendly at all. I spent countless hours asking for assistance and I have an excellent background in software applications. Trying to get an easy answer from tech support is very difficult. They will answer with links that make you read the whole article to figure out your answer instead of a short explanation/solution. Also, even though my initial inquiry was 3 weeks ago, they will respond to tell me that they are too busy even though my initial inquiry was 3 weeks ago. They will take the time to respond repeatedly without a solution and then in another email tell me how busy they are and that my issue is not urgent - and still no solution. Such poor customer service!!! I would give a zero stars, if available. There are much better apps with 100% better customer service support!

Wholster offers many unique services that are unavailable in any other wholesale app on Shopify, but we have taken note of your feedback here regarding the user experience. We are constantly working on not only improving the core tools, but updating the UI / UX.

I needed an app that would allow me to ship to multiple addresses but bill one customers. Think of corporate gifts for the holidays. I needed to be able to use csv imports to save time and this app is allowing me to do this. It has more functionality than I'm actually using. All my questions were answered quickly and Zac spent some time walking me through some of the process. Great customer service.
It would be perfect if it didn't take forever to load... and I mean FOREVER! Many times it never loads and I just give up. I have reached out three times by putting in a ticket and only once was the ticket answered. I can't get my customers up and running as a setting or something won't let them checkout. It keeps giving an error “you have reached or exceeded your credit limit” and doesn’t let them move forward. I have no limits set for anyone. Everyone is pay with a credit card at checkout. No terms.
On the customer side there are items that show 0 available but I don't see it and I have no tracking of inventory on wholesale items so there is no reason for it to not allow my customers to add these rogue items to their carts. I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can't because I am losing customers right now not being able to get it to work properly. I am looking at other options now. I was so hopeful this was the app for us.
