I have never seen such a pathetic customer support ever on any Shopify App. The guys is literally reading all the messages and not willing to reply to our queries.

Sorry for the experience you faced
When we received your message we had 21 messages on support, we were replying to everyone
You say we saw your messages but we didn't, or we clicked not on purpose, we were just replying to people who sent messages earlier
We replied to your messages before seeing this review and we started to dig into your problem, we even had a conversation together
You then just uninstalled the app without any warning. We don't have anything about the fact you uninstalled the app but saying our support is bad with such bad words isn't true. Especially when support is our main priority

This app rocks. And Mat (the developer) is LIT. I had trouble with the app in the beginning. The app wasn't build for my theme LOFT, but after I told Mat about the problem he got access to my site and BUILD the app to suit my theme... NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you sooo much. This app makes money for the users and hopefully makes Mat and his team a fortune. The conclusion: If the app dont work - write to Mat and him and his team will fix it within few hours, thats CRAZY! Note: The app works like a charm.
This app deletes all variants. There is no sufficient warning about what the app does exactly.
EDIT: the founder contacted me and instantly implemented a popup with a detailed warning. the app does still the same but now the user is informed about it properly. very impressive support team!

We are aware of this, unfortunately, this is the only way to do what WideBundle does
But we're working on a different solution for that :/ 🙏

The application doesn't work for products with multiple variants. I spent over 5 hours configuring the application, watching tutorials, and speaking with support. In the end, they told me that they do not recommend their application for my product. :(
Regrettably, I should have read the negative reviews before installing the application.

Sorry for the experience you've had.
The app does work for products with multiple variants but not when you have a ton because you'll reach the 100-variant limit fixed by Shopify.
You can have colors, sizes, etc, it doesn't matter
By the way, compared to the number of bad reviews, we have many positive reviews!
Anyway, when we'll be able to handle more variants we'll let you know!

The best app for bundles, and the support is amazing as well! It's very easy to set up and you can customize it so it can fit your theme.
