EU Withdrawal Form & Button

Great app and excellent support!

I installed this app because I needed a simple and affordable way to add an EU withdrawal request form to my Shopify store. The setup was easy, and the free plan already includes the main features I needed, including the withdrawal button, form, confirmation email, merchant notification, and request dashboard.

The support was also excellent. I had a small language-related question during setup, and they replied very quickly and made sure everything displayed correctly for my store.

For a digital products store, this app is very helpful. Thank you, guys!

Easy to install and looks good on my website. Liked that you had options on how to view the button and form. Great that a free plan is available also.

Great app and excellent support.

easy to setup, but it has a few problems. (1) after submission, the CLOSE button does not work. (2) if your shop is xyz.shopify.com but X-Home is your actual website, the confirmation email to customer shows xyz, not X-Home. (3) Order Number should be a required field (4) Reason for Withdrawal should be a required field (5) Merchant doesn't get a confirmation email notification although an email has been specified for that purpose - you only can check submissions via the app. Hope these can be fixed, otherwise I'd say this is still very immature.
