Our experience with Wigzo, especially during the integration with Wigzo, has been quite disappointing. The onboarding process has been marred by significant delays and a lack of clear communication from the team. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have encountered continuous setbacks without any concrete timeline for resolution.

There have been numerous issues, including repeated installation problems and missing key elements, which have impacted our ability to use the platform effectively. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the Engage team has made it challenging to move forward. We were even told that "bad luck" was the reason for these ongoing issues, which is both frustrating and unprofessional.

Do not bother using this tool, or even hiring this agency for your email marketing. All these reviews are fake, the team is very inefficient and they dont know anything about conversion optimization at all.

It is a great pleasure working with Wigzo. The platform has a plethora of benefits to offer that adds value to the brand. They are very professional and quick with their plan execution. Aarti & the team are prompt with the replies and are always available to help at the time of need.
