How does WIMO work?

WIMO uses contextual AI in order to analyze customer queries in order to provide a quick and relevant response. For example, if a customer placed an order on your store and after some time visits your store again for updates, they will probably fill the "Contact Us" form asking for a question. They might formulate their query as follows: "Where is my order", "Order status", "I ordered X 2 weeks ago, when will I receive my order?". Once the customer submits the form, WIMO analyses the message and based on the context of the query it sends and automatic response after the designated time delay. If the customer's order is fulfilled they'll usually get the tracking number, if the order is not fulfilled they will get another custom response.
