Danny is unreal. He was on the phone with me for OVER 1hr, then on the chat for OVER 1hr helping me with my set up. It is not because his set up is complicated, but an APP I previously installed in my store totally messed up my code. Danny took the time to find the error and taught me how to FIX IT... I mean... they should have 10 stars. I honestly have never experienced better customer service. Thank you Danny!!
Support was really bad and they don't have a guide to learn the software. I don't see the value of WinAds.

The app is not tracking the InitiateCheckout and Purchase events. I am waiting for a solution for three days. A lot of money lost ...
UPDATE 13 DECEMBER 2020: DO NOT USE THIS APP - USE TRACKYFY: They treated me badly and insulted me by saying that I don't know how to do my job and they couldn't solve a problem in a week! --- I would have given 0 stars if I could! DOES NOT TRACK DATA! If you want to use this app to track data more accurately, forget it! LOSE HALF OF THE PURCHASES, DO NOT SCORE THE CHECKOUTS INITIATED! It is a huge waste of time and data on your Business Manager! I have tried to contact support but they're unable to solve the problem! They seem to know nothing I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!
Thankyou for your review on the app. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to your data. But we can assure you that Win Ads had nothing to do with it and we provided you with out of the box support for any issue that you faced from the app itself.
We did thorough testing of your store and saw that there were multiple JS files failing to load on your store due to other apps that you had installed which in return caused the app's own scripts failing to load on your store.

We deployed a few fixes for this since you were unwilling to fix these error scripts on your store caused by other apps. We are again really sorry for the inconvenience but you have to understand that if the issue is coming from other apps then we are not able to fix that as there are other apps that are causing Win Ads not to execute its scripts properly due to which you were facing the issue.

A fantastic app, easy to set up and has many useful features, and the customer services is amazing as well! I can't even explain how much Danny helped me with setting up the app. Customer support is absolutely stellar. Highly recommended!!
So it's been a month of me trying this app and lets just say this is a complete GAME CHANGER. I just needed something for my pixel but this is soo much more than that. From the start, Danny from the support team helped me set up and walk me through everything. After 1 month of use, I can confidently say this is the most efficient Facebook pixel app on shopify.

The best app to get more pixels on your store. Events are different in my store other than a standard event and they work very well. My ads with these events are doing very well. Standard event my ads were on 2.7 roas and now with Showed interest and still thinking I am getting around 4 roas and it is getting even better. Booking the session for understanding the Winads was the best thing and it helped me understand what I was doing wrong and needed to do. Customer support is not just the customer support for the app but helps you in your marketing which I have not seen on any other app. Danny and Caspian have been amazing in guiding.
At first they were unresponsive and this was extremely frustrating. But they did finally get back to me late in the evening, and were extremely helpful once in contact. The app definitely looks like it could be very beneficial if used to its potential. They still need to have some sort of documentation to show how to use the app so users are not just waiting to hear from them without any assistance. I hope they can fill this gap - they'll be a five star app when that happens. Thanks for your help WinAds!
I used this app to help me with fb pixel and analytics code. The most important thing is the support they have because they helped me out looking at my stores code so that everything works fine. I recommend it!
