Tip: Make sure you've updated to the latest version of your theme.
I was initially having trouble with the placement of the store credit icon, but I chatted with their support rep who was very helpful and the solution was very easy. Just had to make sure my store theme was updated to its latest version. (I'm using Dawn)

Really good for issuing store credit to VIP customers. Haven't found another app that does this and the customer support was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
