I'm glad the app is doing so well for your store. Especially because you're selling to non-American customers. SMS is more expensive outside of US and Canada, but you have proven the ROI is still amazing. Just gave you 100 extra message credits as a thank-you :)

I see your winback messages are scheduled to go out in March. So your sales so far are just from abandoned cart messages, which is great! Once those scheduled winback messages go out, you'll get more repeat buyers than you've ever had :)

Also, can't wait for you to try campaigns too. You have some interesting segments like customers in Qatar who have never used a discount code

I love the fact that we get answers from the customers and we can actually reply back to increase conversions. This app has been doing amazingly for us and we love the "Campaign" feature. Worth 7 stars.

Thanks for mentioning your ROI. What's great is that you're only sending SMS messages to abandoned checkouts. If you sent out other messages like abandoned browsers, winbacks, etc, you'll get even more sales. Lots of upside for you!

Thanks for your review! I like how you're using the winback messages to follow-up with your customers. That's great customer service, and I see a few of them are converting into repeat buyers as well!

Did you know you can also send abandoned cart messages to anyone on mobile that abandons their browser? They don't even need to put anything in their cart! I just added 250 free credits to your account if you wanted to turn on this feature. Or you can just use the credits towards your current abandoned checkout messages too :)

I used the app to increase my sales and it worked very well. I find that my people are generally more responsive to messages than emails. So far I have pretty much doubled my sales. I send out a message to my customers whenever I have a new product that they might like or new promotions. The support has been wonderful with providing tips for me.

I Love this app! 15+sales in the early stages and I'm just getting started. I had a lot of questions and Joe helped answer all quickly and provided guidance on how to increase sells. This app really worked!!! People are more responsive to text over email for sure. I highly recommend adding this App on top of your current email workflow.

Thank you for your kind review. I just looked at your stats and messages, and sent you the following suggestions to optimize your account:

1) You don't need to have product images in both of your abandoned cart messages. The reason for this is that your shopper gets texted from the same number each time. And so they'll see the abandoned product image on the 1st message, and then the subsequent messages can just be text since they'll be in the same thread as the 1st message on their phone.

Turning off the product image for your 2nd message will save you some money :)

2) To save additional money, see if you can keep your 2nd message below 160 chars. For example, if you replaced "Please use code "15OFF" for 15% Off today if you're still interested." with more concise text like "15% off at this link", you'll be under 160 chars

3) I recommend turning on a 2nd winback message. The subsequent winback messages (ex 30 days later) can be used for selling since you're already using the 1st message 1 day after delivery for a followup.
