The app is not working anymore (not loading). Customer support is not responding. They replied that they were investigating the issue 4 days ago. I wrote them back and did not get any response since then.
Great experience with the platform and use. Happy there’s alternatives out there for sms. So far the support has been amazing
I wish I would have known about this app earlier! I have a high volume store and I realized my abandon cart email sequence would only get me so far. Joe has been super helpful with everything, I can't thank him enough. Its been only 3 days and I have already earned over $300 in abandon cart sales!

Amazing App! Definitely going to be investing more in this app than emails. I am a small biz and since September I've made over $7,000 (close to $8,000!) in reclaimed sales from this app alone! Easy to send campaigns and respond directly to your customers concerns. Sent a recent campaign to customers who never purchased before and the return has been AMAZING! Joe is quick to respond to any questions and even hop on a fast zoom call full of advice! If you're looking for an app to text - LOOK NO FURTHER. This is a great app, it is super easy to use and I had an instant increase in sales as a result!! I would highly recommend.
So glad to see you getting hundreds of sales through the app! And you're accomplishing this without even using the Abandoned Browser feature.
Feel free to try it. A mobile popup gets triggered after 10 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. And if they don't buy, your abandoned cart sequence kicks in. You should get another instant boost by turning this on :)
Lots of reclaimed sales from abandoned carts. I had no idea how much revenue was lost due to this! Increase of over 15% in sales in the first month the Second month on track to do the same! Great system Highly recommend it!
