Customer Service is terrific. I needed assistance with de-bugging a glitch associated with my theme. Their customer service was immediate, polite and corrected the problem within minutes.
Great App. Very easy set up when compared to other urgency apps!
So far looks like this could be a promising app. Hoping to have results for sure.
Great support. Fast reply through the live chat. Just chat them and they will try their best to solve your concern! Currently still under the trial period. Will give a full update once we use it for a month or two!
Volume Discount is not working at all. Every time i add two products to my cart the discount doesn't show up. Just if I had three products or a product fromt he same collection. I did set it up all correctly. Sad that it is not working
From your review it seems you’re looking for bundle discount. You can use Frequently Bought Together module for that. Volume discount is per item discount. Please use in-app contact form or email to contact us. We reached to you via email to help but no answer yet.
I Uninstalled SALES ROCKET before 7 Days and still charged. I saw that the features and saw that it was not a good fit so I installed it before 7 days.
The app was installed for 8 days so you were automatically charged. We approved the refund.
It looks great,I am going to test it for the first time and Will see and post comment again.
