Sales Rocket has been functioning very well with my business needs. They are quiet reasonably priced. And have an extremely supporting customer service team. Highly recommended...
I have been using this app for 3+ years, I have accumulated a lot of emoji reaction left by my customer on all my product. At least more than 4000+ reaction with the most one being 1000+ on a single product. Out of nowhere, all of my product being reset to 0 without them notify me.
Contacted the developer for explanation, I get no reply. Pretty sure they are too incompetent to recover it already and I will 100% refuse to manually pump up the number as it is not a genuine things to do to lie our customer.
EDIT: They have offered a small compensation for it as they are not able to recover all my 3 years worth of data that is lost in exchange of changing my bad feedback to neutral.
