First, their in-house Western Warehouse is a game-changer. Unlike past providers who outsourced, WinsBS owns and runs this facility, so we get direct updates on inventory (no middleman delays) and consistent handling of our steamer heads. During onboarding, they walked us through their organized storage for small electronics, and we never worry about mix-ups or damage from third-party mismanagement.​
Efficiency is another win. Before WinsBS, Western U.S. orders took 4+ days to ship; now, 1–2 days max. During a recent back-to-school rush (when steamer heads sell out fast), they processed 200+ orders in 24 hours—no delays, no backorders. They even alerted us 72 hours before stock ran low, so we restocked in time.​
Costs are totally transparent, too. No hidden fees—just a clear monthly invoice breaking down storage (per unit, perfect for our small batch sizes), picking/packing (flat rate), and shipping (their negotiated carrier rates, passed to us directly).
