Wipeout Hide out of stock

They say that every time someone finds you online and clicks on a sold out product, it down-grades you in search.

For many years, I manually hid and un-hid products from my store which is a hugely time-consuming process with over 5,000 in stock products.

With this app, all of that tedious work is done for you. I figure that this saves me a few hours every month. It's MORE than worth the monthly rate.

To this point, it does appear that the app works well and does what it is supposed to do. The only issue we ran into was that we were trying to upload a list of products not to be updated and the list didn't upload correctly. It took support a couple of days to respond, but they did finally get the issue addressed.

I do like the fact that the items to be ignored are in a list instead of having to have tags attached to them (easier to monitor and manage).

All in all, for $3 a month, a good deal and I would use it again (and have done so). We have it installed on 2 sites.

This app is great. Naren is great at getting your questions answered fast. I wanted an automatic feature and he added one at a low price of 3$/mo. Now everyday at 5:30am EST the system checks if there are any out of stock items in my store and if there is it hides the item so people don't see it. and it un hides anything that was out of stock but now in stock. And if you want to do this manually with a click of a button then you don't have to pay anything.. its free!! Now i don't have to worry about customers wasting their time looking at products that are not even in stock.

Great app, saves us a lot of time on website cleanup by automatically removing items from our website that are sold out. Sends a report every day of items removed from the website, or items that were added based off of inventory availability. The app allows you to create product exclusions as well, in case there are items you do not want to publish online even if they are in stock.

All of the features of the app are terrific, but the real winner here is the customer service and help you receive from Naren. Anytime there is a question or a problem, Naren responds immediately and helps you resolve it instantly.

My store is a mini market and I have lots of small items, honestly the Wipeout App is one of the best tools I have on my Shopify store. First because saves time hiding sold out products, before I had to manually adjust sales channel, now one click and it is done 100% accurate. I also like to receive the email with the items sold out in case I forgot to reorder them. Second it is publish in-stock products; another click and all the items are back online. Refrigerated and frozen items are only available at my point-of-sale and there is an easy way to “not publish” them using "Tags". I did not figure out at first but Wipeout customer service was so fast replying my email with step-by-step instructions that I couldn't believe how fast and precise the process is. Now my website is clean without all those sold out products and all the items in stock with proper exceptions are available to my customers. No more manual sales channel adjustment for me! :)

I love this app for two reasons:

1. It was VERY easy to set up. No complicated changes internally. Just install, upgrade if desired, and it just works. In my case it worked too good, because I have a brick and mortar store as well, and not all my in-house products are offered online. So, when I set the app to unhide items that are back in stock, it unhid all the items I had intentionally kept out of the online store, flooding my online store with product listings not ready for online listing. This is where #2 comes in:

2. Customer support was outstanding. I sent an email with my concern, on a weekend, and within an hour had a response, and within 12 hours had it fixed. I do have to change my settings so that any item hidden because of zero inventory will have to be manually unhidden, but this is not a big deal.

I would highly recommend this product. Again, it IS a great product, AND the developer absolutely stands behind it, and I love that. Thanks Naren!

A very useful app to quickly hide out of stock items. It allows you to add items to a list that you always want to show on your site and you can easily reverse the 'wipeout' if you're not happy with it. Saves a lot of time.

This app was a snap to install and worked exactly as advertised. Within a minute, all of my 'sold out' products were hidden from my site, immediately improving customer experience. This was a saving grace after the Shopify solution not working. Bravo.

Excellent solution to out of stock issues. I used the free version for a while and have since upgraded to the paid version for it's daily automated feature. I sell lots of unique used items and really needed a way to remove them from my site and this does it without thinking about it.

This also re-activates back in stock items so if I miss making it live I know the app will take care of it.

One of the best apps I have used, actually saves time and makes my website inventory much cleaner.
