Works well, and haven't had issues. Customer service is A++, and replies within a few minutes from a chat box.
I have been using this on all my stores for about 4 years now. I use the paid version. It works. If you need help they respond quickly. I don't see how you can have a functioning shopify store without this app. I have 5 stores and its the first thing I do when I create a new store. I add this app.
