Great app for small businesses, understanding support.
I realized that the app is good for people who have a smaller business, but have room to grow.
Update: I asked them to remove the code from my theme, and they said the code was removed, I was thankful for understanding, but recently I've found out that the code was not removed and was required to put additional time and effort to remove the code.
O app é muito bom, leve, simples de configurar e principalmente para importar os reviews. Uma coisa que é muito importante é a FALTA DE OPÇÃO PARA SELECIONAR O IDIOMA/PAÍS DOS REVIEWS A SEREM IMPORTADOS. Também é importante o idioma da data no caso não tem em português.

Very good performing app, you can import your reviews from other marketplaces in just a few clicks, it is very fast and has a neat widget that perfectly integrates even with custom themes.

We have a lot of reviews from our shopee channel and this app do a great job importing them to our shopify store! The support team is very fast and helpful!

Flawless customer service, convenient and easy to use app. One of the best apps for feedback. Very fast import/export
I am so impressed with this app and the level of customer service. I opened up my shopify shop almost a year ago, but put off adding a reviews app because it all just seemed too overwhelming. I am so happy I just found WiseReviews through a thread on Reddit. Literally not even 15 minutes later I was already transferring reviews from my Etsy over to my Shopify shop.
I was able to transfer over reviews so easily. I had installed 2 of the 3 widgets in the free plan and when I tried the third it didn't work because of my theme. This was really no big deal to me and I went to bed. But by the time I woke up, I had a message in my email saying they resolved it?! That is seriously AMAZING SERVICE.

Jayden was SOOOOOOOOO amazing. He helped me to set up the wise review setting to my them and i am forever thankful for him. He did what others will not.
