EXCELLENT APP. I have used WiseReviews on a paid plan for another store, and it was really simple to set up. My store that I am working on now had needed some work with reviews, and that's where Jayden had helped me to select my ideal review design preferences for my store. Jayden is very helpful and polite and is THE representation of great online customer service. I 100% would recommend WiseReviews to anyone working on an online store.
WiseReviews is a must-have Shopify app! It makes importing and displaying product reviews a breeze. The user interface is super easy to navigate, even for non-techies like me. I can seamlessly import reviews from various sources and match them to my website's design. The customization options are fantastic.

Easy imports with good sync. I needed over 100 reviews so I went with the Basic Plan. If you need to bulk/multi import or need over 1000 reviews than I suggest upgrading to the plus plan, because the basic plan doesn't multi import unless its through csv upload. Overall app is totally worth it.
This is a must have App. I have been using it for a few weeks now and everything has been flawless and easy to manage. Tonight I was ready to publish my new Store theme and I remembered I hadn't set this app up to it yet. I installed the first widget no problem, but the second one would not install. Support had messaged me instantly noticing a problem and they had it installed in minutes! I was amazed on how quickly the issue was resolved. Amazing customer service and the app itself is a must have!
