Very good performing app, you can import your reviews from other marketplaces in just a few clicks, it is very fast and has a neat widget that perfectly integrates even with custom themes.

I am so impressed with this app and the level of customer service. I opened up my shopify shop almost a year ago, but put off adding a reviews app because it all just seemed too overwhelming. I am so happy I just found WiseReviews through a thread on Reddit. Literally not even 15 minutes later I was already transferring reviews from my Etsy over to my Shopify shop.
I was able to transfer over reviews so easily. I had installed 2 of the 3 widgets in the free plan and when I tried the third it didn't work because of my theme. This was really no big deal to me and I went to bed. But by the time I woke up, I had a message in my email saying they resolved it?! That is seriously AMAZING SERVICE.

Just Amazing! I was able to transfer over 900 reviews from my Etsy to my Shopify store. I'm so happy. And amazing customer support. I use the impulse theme and I had help imbedding the widget. Thank you so much.
Jayden was SOOOOOOOOO amazing. He helped me to set up the wise review setting to my them and i am forever thankful for him. He did what others will not. I have installed and tried many review apps but this was the one I wanted to keep. I am newly setting up my Shopify store and needed some reviews to start with. So importing reviews from my Etsy store was important. But I encountered an issue in the way - couldn't installed one of the widgets - which made me so frustrated because I couldn't find any other apps that support the feature I need, have nice design and also free until I get to build a stable ground. So I requested some help via live chat and Jaden fixed the issue IMMEDIATELY. Thank you for building a nice app that I wanted exactly and helping setting up!!
I was unable to install this myself, but support was excellent and installed it for me right away and it's working great so far! I love that my customers can also leave a photo with their reviews. Thank you!
