As a company, we incur ongoing expenses to ensure the availability and accessibility of the reviews for our users.
While you have paid for and downloaded the reviews for a specific period, transitioning to the free plan requires us to free up server space and resources for other users. By deleting the previously downloaded reviews, we can allocate those resources to new users who may be interested in accessing those reviews.
