It's good and easy to use but their emails for collecting reviews are just not as inviting as other apps are. when someone gets an email asking for a review he gets sent to the product page instead of writing the review from the email, or at least be sent to somewhere he can actually write the review. it's just makes things harder for the customers...

Super easy to set up and works exactly as promised! I was able to import all my product reviews quickly, and the interface is very intuitive. I had some trouble installing it manually, but the support team (Codex Apps) jumped in right away, sent a collaboration request, and got everything running perfectly. The app has worked great for me. I did have a problem one time when it wasn't connecting to Etsy, and they fixed it for me in a few hours. Definitely recommend.
