Awful experience. Cost us $1000s, Had over 9500 pending restock notifications and it only sent out 40 messages when the products went back. would appreciate being refunded for all the months our team wasted owning this and compensated.

Ich hatte einige Apps ausprobiert. Bei dieser wollte ich gern bleiben. Die Einrichtung war nicht durchweg unkompliziert von mir selbst durchzuführen. Zwei Funktionen mussten in den Theme-Code eingebunden werden. Dabei hat mir der Support super schnell weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Ansonsten liefert die App technisch und von Design her alles, was ich benötige. Sogar eine Back-in-stock-Funktion gibt es noch obendrauf.
Leider ließ sich die App am nächsten Tag nicht mehr öffnen. Die Ursache konnte ich nicht finden. Ich brauchte eine schnelle Lösung, weil ich die Funktionen meinen Kunden versprochen hatte. Deshalb leider wieder deinstalliert. Schade.

Great app with many features at a low price. Excellent and stable service. If I want to change something, I just need to send a description via email, and Jigs takes care of it immediately within 24 hours or often faster. I've been using this app for several months now and I'm very satisfied. The app does what it's supposed to do; I highly recommend it.

I have never had such a great experience with a support team before. I had some difficulty setting up the app and integrating the code into our theme but Jigs was very helpful and fixed everything right away. The Wishlist itself looks great and is very customizable to suit our brand's colours.

I’ve been really impressed with Wishlist Club so far. It’s made a noticeable difference in how our customers interact with our store. The ability for guests to create multiple wishlists and share them were key features for us. We also appreciated Wishlist Club's approach to restock and price drop alerts, and it was strong enough that we decided to switch from our previous provider to use theirs instead. During launch, we ran a “Submit your wishlist for a chance to win the whole wishlist” promotion, which was a hit. The analytics give us a clear picture of what products people actually care about. Overall, it’s been a smart and easy way to boost engagement and revenue.

Thought i would give this app a try. BIG MISTAKE!
I asked support to install the coding and they completely butchered my website, the placement of the icon in the header was absoultly horrible.
I knew this was a sign of how bad this app is, and I immediately got them to remove the code and deleted this app.
App bearly worked anyway, so this was the final straw.

I was struggling with instillation because I had old code from my last wishlist app. Customer support was prompt and very helpful. They sorted my code and got me fully set up. It's still early, but the app seems to be everything I was hoping for. Definitely a great option for small businesses.
