SE Wishlist Engine

So far so good. We were launching our annual new line-up of plants and wanted to incorporate a Wishlist. We did have an initial issue with the set-up but it was fixed in a very responsive manner. Once we launched, using the free version, it lasted for 15 minutes at which point we reached 100 people and were able to easily activate the paid version.

The app works quite well with our custom theme. We tried other apps, but only this one worked. More than 30K of our customers are using wishlists! We only had one hiccup, which was fixed in a few hours by the team. Great product, great support!

1. Slow customer support response,I have waited more than two days for a response, and customer service has not yet responded after I asked another query.
2.Extremely cumbersome to set up and requiring knowledge of the code; you must manually alter the code when adding buttons to cart and collections,They don't have any detailed instructions, only one sentence:”Kindly open the cart.liquid* file and paste following code to desired position“, how do I know where is desired position?I checked all the instructions but couldn't find where is this.I then tried to contact customer service and it took two days for them to reply.
3.This app will greatly damage SEO,He will generate a lot of 403 Error Responses,just like Paywalls,20% of traffic was lost within a week of installing the app.Once you install this app on your website, Google may believe that your website is a paywall because it will return a large number of 403 error responses, causing your ranking to decline significantly.

We’re still new to using the app, but so far the experience has been very positive. The support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They even went in and set up our inline wishlist button for us, which we really appreciated. Everything has been smooth and easy to use, and we’re excited to keep exploring the features. The Wishlist feature works perfectly, and our team is very happy with the UI. Initially, I faced a few issues with advanced customization, but the support team resolved them very quickly. Their support has been excellent throughout the process. They were also extremely helpful with the installation and provided prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly appreciate their support and service.

The application works as expected. When we have required assistance from the support team (for example, to customize the icon in the product list), the support has been prompt and effective :)

I am very happy with this wishlist app and their super prompt customer service! They were extremely helpful with installation and they were able to import accounts from my prior wishlist using CSV files.
