So far I'm happy with this app for my store. Installation was tricky, as with the customizations I've made to my store, it didn't want to work for me when adding the code myself. More in-depth installation instructions would be helpful and would probably save them time on the backend. Ultimately, I ended up reaching out to the company for assistance with the installation, and they were able to get it installed flawlessly on my store for me. Their response was prompt, professional, and helpful. At this time, I would recommend the app.

One of its standout features is the ability to notify customers via email about product-related updates and changes. The customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance with any aspect of the app.

The service is impeccable and very fast. These guys and girls know what they're doing. I had an issue where the heart icons would stay on top of the banner after scrolling. One email and it was fixed. Thank you again.
