Customer support is a 10. I still need to see how the app works in the long term, but so far, I'm very happy. Their free plan is great, but I'm also excited about their paid plan because it’s reasonably priced and offers a lot. I plan to upgrade in a few months if the app continues to perform well. I recommend it! I hope the app is here to stay; I don't want more changes. It seems very reliable, and the team appears to work exceptionally well.

I was looking for a good wishlist app for awhile when I stumbled across this Wishlist Guru one. It had a lot of the features I wanted, like having the heart symbol at the top bar and having them also on the product pictures. There was some things I wasn't sure on and didn't know if it was included in the app, like the hover feature for the heart to appear on images, and there weren't any reviews with info, so I took a chance and reached out to the developers.

Pankaj has been AMAZING! He got back to me quickly and answered all my questions and said he could even code/tweak the wishlist app in my site theme to how I wanted it to look and function. I've been working in partnership with Pankaj and his team for the past week or so, going back-and-forth with feedback and tweaks.

The end result is excellent! I love how the wishlist app looks and works on my website (it looks stunning and you can tweak colours to match your brand!) Hopefully the app will be beneficial to my customers.

To truly test out the app and its capability features it's best to go with the Basic package (or higher to Premium) and you can always liaise with Pankaj if you get stuck on anything or want any customisations.

I decided to stick with the Basic package as it has everything I need currently and I paid for a year after the free trial ended (you get a discount) It was just under £40 which is reasonable. It's well worth the money for the excellent customer service given and also a wishlist app that can be customised to your needs.

Out of all the wishlist apps I've tested out, Wishlist Guru is by far one of the best. If you're looking for a good wishlist app that has multi-functional capabilities and looks nice and sleek, definitely go with this one.

I highly recommend it!

I am running a Online-Store in Germany. I had problems with Translation. After my request via chat, the team responded immediately. Chat support responded within a few minutes and was able to resolve my problem immediately. Very nice and fast team. I can recommend this app to others.
