This is probably the best shopify wishlist app out there with many features in the basic plan. They have thought of everything when they developed this which speaks volume about their experience.

I was blown away by how easy it was to install the Wishlist Guru Shopify Wishlist App. In just a couple of minutes, I had Wishlist buttons on every product and collection page. I must say that this app is truly the right choice if you need a wishlist for your store. Not only is it the best app I have used, but the service is truly incredible! I have never experienced anything like it.
The first day I downloaded the app, I wanted to change the style and position of the wishlist, and the owner was more than happy to help me with it. We spent almost 4 hours working on it, and he was so skilled at what he did and so kind to help me on a Saturday evening for 4 hours.
I recommend this app 1000 times over and would gladly pay 5 times more for the perfect service and the amazing app it truly is.
