Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen! Benutze es für meine Seite und es gab ein kleines problem, da mein Logo etwas verschoben wurde. Hab mich beim Support gemeldet und es wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben. Vielen Danke an die App!

I installed the Wishlist Hero app just yesterday so my experience with it is limited. One thing I can say is that support is excellent. I reported a minor issue discovered in my testing and the team responded quickly and resolved the matter within a couple of business hours. Can't ask for more than that. The installation was quick and easy, even for non-technical people. Because I have a technical background, I used the basic instructions provided with the app to extend it's reach beyond the simple install. Specifically, I enabled my shoppers to add products to their wishlists from product collections pages. What I like about Wishlist Hero over other apps I researched is the flexibility it offers in terms of options for presenting "add to cart" buttons and buttons for accessing the wishlist. I'm able to place said buttons where I like so that they fit beautifully on my site and match the theme perfectly.

I tried over and over to contact support but no one answer and no one back to my email it's tooo annoying

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !- THEY WERE GIVEN ACCESS TO STORE, BUT THEY NEVER DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE. The "Add to Wishlist from Collections & Quick View: THIS CANNOT BE CONFIGURED UNLESS YOU CONTACT SUPPORT - even though I PAID PREMIUM, you would expect prompt response , but this has been ongoing now for about 2 WEEKS, THEY GOT PAID , FIRST THEY CLAIM THEY COULD NOT GET IN STORE THEN SENT THEM SEVERAL SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR COLLABORATION APPROVAL AND ONE TIME ACTIVITY LOG IN MY SHOPIFY ADMIN BY ONE OF THEIR TEAM MEMBERS FROM EGYPT !!! THEY SIMPLE DID NOT RESPOND- I AM THINKING MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

First I tried the apps that were listed above this one. Then I was not happy and tried this one. Firstly, it's 10 times more user friendly and easy to setup. E.g. you can setup an icon in header menu with one click. Secondly, reporting data comes real time, which is critical in e-commerce.

This is actually a lot of fun to use. The developer even made my special request of little hearts over the collection view a reality! I'm very tempted to use the lists to send surprises to my customers. Practically, it's nice to have a spot for people to add things other than their carts. I offer it as a way to avoid receiving abandoned cart emails and it's a nice additional customer service.

Great functionality and customization for this app. Does what it promise to do. The better part is the customer service. Sameh is a plus. Always attentive and willing todo what exactly we need. I recommend 100%.

Really can't fault this app. Installed without a hitch on Debut theme and offers everything I needed with just the right amount of customisation. I think the free version is pretty generous compared to others and gives you plenty of time to find out whether it's worth upgrading to one of the paid plans without feeling pressured. Thank you.
