we are sorry you feel this way, As per our conversation, support working hours were clearly stated in the ticket reply, unfortunately, you did reach out outside of the working hours, and we replied first thing after returning from the weekend.

easy to install and it integrates perfectly with our 'prestige' theme. There were some minor graphical issues, but after contact with the helpdesk, they fixed it within the hour.

Very easy to install, needed help getting the wishlist to the top of my page but customer service was super fast and efficient on getting it on my site. Tons of customizations to make it my own. Very happy with my purchase.

In general, the app is great. Customizable, has all the necessary features, looks good and the support is nice and fast. But there is one big drawback and is the reason why I don't give 5 stars: It significantly reduces the loading speed of the website. Once this is fixed, I will give 5 stars.
Also, I would like to see multiple languages supported and not just the ability to translate to another language. Apart from that, the German translation in the admin backend fluctuates between funny and horrible. But at least no customer sees that.
