Yomna really helped me with the work

We needed a few adjustment to make the Wishlist Hero app to work in our store. Yomna was very helpful to make this work for us. It works and looks very good now! Thank you!

Initially, we encountered a widget issue, and the support from Yomna was quick and helpful. Based on that experience, we were asked to leave a review — which we did in good faith.

However, shortly after, another issue occurred, and we’ve reached out multiple times with no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly disappointing to see that after receiving a positive review, the support has completely disappeared.

This shows a serious lack of commitment to long-term customer care. If support is only available in exchange for good reviews, that’s not trustworthy service. Very disappointed.

Very good wishlist and it integrates perfectly with our 'prestige' theme. Only downside is that we need to contact the helpdesk every time when we upgrade the theme to add the icon in our header. Nevertheless after contact with Yomna of the helpdesk, it was fixed within the hour, like always. Great service!

This works perfectly well for us and was easy to install. Sameh from the support team was super quick and very, very, helpful. Thanks and all the best!

We discovered some issues when our shop was finally launched recently. I contacted the support team once again and they were quick and very helpful again. We are very happy with this app. Thank you!

June 2024 Quick updates.
3 and a half years on, we've just (finally) updated the theme (from Debut to Dawn) and relaunched the website. This app seems to work even better. Still very happy

The response is extremely slow, no matter what.
