hi, this app needs to be fixed for my product page. anyone from the dev team can help me?
Zahra, I responded to your email regarding the header icon with instructions almost immediately yesterday but I did not hear back from you.
We have not received any further support requests from you regarding any issues on the product page.
Leaving a 1 star review is a strange way of doing business in the world.
I am happy to help but this is pretty disappointing.

Never used it and they charged me $20 for few months. Don't install the free plan they will still charge you.
Hi there, there is no free plan for our app, as is clearly indicated on the app store listing and during the installation process, which you accepted. After the 14 day trial expires you will be charged.
I already refunded you for the month prior and in the same email I advised you to uninstall the app in order to avoid further charges if you don't want to use our app.
You did not uninstall the app, therefore Shopify charged you again.
As is with any subscription service online, it is your responsibility to uninstall the app or cancel the subscription prior to the trial period ending in order to avoid charges. If you don't want to use an app and not be charged you need to uninstall it, like everyone else.
Your 1 star review and comment is completely uncalled for.
I have refunded you again now.
I installed this app and reached out several times for help with the setup. A few days went by and I got a response, but something else wasn't clear so I asked a question on August 5th. It is now August 12th and I STILL have not gotten a response to my question from the 5th or any other type of help whatsoever. I downloaded another (cheaper) Wishlist app instead and got an immediate response to both of my questions and my new Wishlist from that developer is already set up and ready to go. I have deleted Wishlist King and can't wait to read their ridiculous response to this review. Don't waste your time with this app, it seems like they just run out the free trial before they can be bothered to assist you at all!

We did receive your installation request and replied to you twice, asking you to kindly send us the collaborator request code that we required from you in order to be able to send a collaborator request. However we have not received a reply. Our ticketing system shows that those emails were received and read by you. Did you not receive them by any chance?

Excelente aplicación de Wishlist que cumple con todas las funcionalidades. Es fácil para configurar y de administrar. Además te permite ver métricas de lo que los usuarios están añadiendo a su lista de deseos.
I recently used the Wishlist King app by Appmate on my Shopify store and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations! The app is amazing and has improved my customer's shopping experience. The best part, however, was working with Alex from the Appmate team. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with every step of the customization process. I am extremely satisfied with the app and the customer service provided by Alex. Highly recommended!

The app is great (and I tried out a few), the customer service is incredible! Max took the time not only to customize the app (twice), but he cleaned up some leftover code from another app as well. For the customer support alone, I'd give six stars if it were possible ;-)
We have used Wishlist King for many of our e-commerce clients, and the app is outstanding! The design is slick and elegant, and their customer support is beyond amazing! 5+ stars from us!
I've only had it intergraded on my store for a few minutes but I love it already mainly because they do all the coding for you so no spending hours trying to figure out how to code a wishlist into your store. 10/10 recommend

Really awesome support. They (Max attended me) install the features of the app at my page at less than half an hour. In addition, the configure it with the colours of my page, and trying to put it according to my page.

I experienced very amazing service from this app. The feature is very clear and works well. Above all, I asked lots of things and I might bother their support team, but they didn't reject my request and they react quickly. Update: Max has done an excellent effort so far. The included installation and integration support by Appmate could be much faster to react. While the app looks appealing and could be just what I had been looking for, it was a real struggle to integrate it with my theme.

I LOVE it! So easy to set up since the developer took care of everything within 24 hours. Works great, and I love the easy dashboard for viewing what customers are liking. Great product development tool. I struggle with installing so many apps before I get to the right one. I highly recommend this if you're short on time (and temper).
Max is THE BEST! He helped us to integrate the app with another app on our site. He was also VERY responsive. He knows his stuff!!! I wish that I could rate them 10 STARS!!! We researched all of the other wishlist apps before choosing this one and we couldn't be happier.

This app compared to other Wishlist apps is fantastic. I'm on a limited budget, and they provide what others don't for a much cheaper price, and their support team will help you every step of the way.
My collaborator, Max, integrated the wishlist into my theme while adhering to the requests I made, and I'm incredibly happy I decided to use Wishlist King.

We recently updated the template and had a bit of an issue getting it to work because of the way the template was designed. The support for this app is amazing. Alex helped us get it up and running and even helped with some of css work to make it look perfect! The plugin itself is widely liked by many of our users, so glad it to get it work on our new template.

I think the app is amazing, very simple, straight to the point, and looks amazing on my storefront! I was unsure of how to do a few minor things and their support team was very responsive and conveniently resolved all issues within a very small amount of time.
I tried several wishlist apps and I liked this one the best by far. They will install it for you. I didn't need installation help, but I had an icon that needed to be aligned. Support was very fast and Alex had it fixed in no time. Very happy with this app!
Most useful wishlist app out there, you don’t have to do anything, they do all the coding and modifications, integrates with multiple apps :) like filters recommendations etc. Best wishlist app out there and it doesn't affect speed
