The setup was incredibly easy, and the support team is outstanding — they always respond to our requests as quickly as possible. We've eliminated a huge amount of customer support workload thanks to this app. It scans our entire website to understand what it should respond to, and it's very simple to train the AI when a response needs improvement. Overall, it has been a game-changer for our business. Highly recommended!

5 estrellas es mi calificación para WizyBot, al principio tenia mis dudas porque no sabiamos cómo iban a ser atendidos nuestros clientes a través de un Bot, mi conclusión, es que es mucho más eficaz que tener una persona todo el día contestando, muy persuasivo a la hora de tener que cerrar una venta. Recomendado 100%. ahh.... y excelente equipo de servicio al cliente y soporte! siempre ayudando para que tu negocio crezca!
