WooHoo – Popups & Spin Wheel

I used to trust Woohoo due to its popularity, but this time was a disaster. First, the spin-to-win logic is broken — I set the probability of “free” to 0%, yet a customer won it and even sent me the valid discount code. Impossible! Second, I configured a $20 off reward, but Woohoo gave out 20% off instead — a huge mistake that cost me real money. I contacted support multiple times, no reply, no resolution. This plugin is risky and unreliable. Avoid it unless you want to lose money.

Amazing results, we have been using the WooHoo Spin To Win pop-up at Sunchill for almost two years now and the sign-ups rate and the redemption rate of the reward have really helped us grow our email list and boost sales. It's a very effective to way to grab visitor emails while keeping the energy a bit playful and not intrusive. Many options to make your pop-up look and feel unique and lots of analytics within the app as well.

This app boosted my email capture conversion from less than 1% to nearly 10%. I absolutely reccommend it.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The application is broken and buggy. There has been no response from live support or email for 1 week. And while researching, I saw that this is the most expensive application. I found much cheaper and better. I definitely do not recommend this application, which is broken and has poor customer service.

I have been using this app since April and I am thoroughly impressed with the Woohoo Spin Wheel app; it is truly amazing and incredibly user-friendly. Thanks to this app, we have seen a significant increase in our user base, and our marketing campaign has been remarkably successful. We are now receiving a higher number of visitors than initially anticipated. The Woohoo team has proven to be exceptionally dependable, and I have every confidence that they will continue to support us in the future. I wholeheartedly give this app a 5-star rating.

WHAT I DO LIKE ABOUT IT- it will (with the right campaign help generate revenue for your store. And its simple from a customer standpoint.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT IT- THE APP SCAMS ON VISITORS COUNT!!!!!!! For my store I'm on the lowest tier and they will show that I have more visitors hitting the site than I actually do so that I will pay for the upgrade!!! Wish I could show screenshots... This month I didn't turn a campaign on until this past Sunday, today is Saturday. Woohoo shows I have had 645 visitors (my max is 1000) while shopify/google shows 362!!!!! NOT COOL WOOHOO, NOT COOL!
They've been doing this for months and when I've brought it up to support I never get a clear answer. So, because I think they are are scamming to increase visitors to get you to pay more is why I gave the rating.

You will get the best professional support with adding best tools to increase your sales on Shopify II highly recommend this app
