I am setting up this app to help gain new clients. Self-explanatory on adding to my website. Fingers crossed it helps drive the outcome I am seeking.
Love it and fully enjoy using it. I have tried others but feel the ease of use with this one is by far different than others.
Great, I'm using the beta version, but it's quite good and eye-catching, easy to use, if it's effective, it deserves 100 stars
This was so easy love to see what this will do to the up sales easy to install thank you well done it really stands out.
Easy to install and automated. Sit back and watch the conversions go up. I am hoping this will increase our traffic too.
I used to trust Woohoo due to its popularity, but this time was a disaster. First, the spin-to-win logic is broken — I set the probability of “free” to 0%, yet a customer won it and even sent me the valid discount code. Impossible! Second, I configured a $20 off reward, but Woohoo gave out 20% off instead — a huge mistake that cost me real money. I contacted support multiple times, no reply, no resolution. This plugin is risky and unreliable. Avoid it unless you want to lose money.

(I rated the app at 4 stars as I've not yet used it, but I have been told it is really good).
However I would like to say that the customer service experience was second to none. There was a bug issue when I added the app to my store, which meant the app did not work. I raised the issue via chat and once the problem was identified it was dealt with within a few days, which I thought was pretty good.

I have set up a wheel, but the wheel does not appear on the page. I contacted support 4 days ago, but still, no one has responded, even though the chat (which is not really a chat but a message sent via email) says that someone will get back within 24 hours. It's a pity; I wasted time adjusting the settings. I am deleting the app.
Terrific App - Easy to use and looks very aesthetically pleasing with brand colours. Would recommend
so far so good. it looks like it works well. once I see what I need to do I always get right on it. Hopefully it helps me get more sales
It was very simple to set up and add to my website. I have not lauch my site yet to give a full review. I will give a more detail review within 30 days.

I liked the app simple and fast to do. I also like how you can change the chance on landing on each slot.

It was really easy to set up - I've only just done it so will have to wait for the conversions. Very user friendly and the free plan doesn't feel restrictive

Just installed the app, so no word yet on it's success rate, lol, however, it was extremely easy to install and setup! Literally walked me through step by step! I have high hopes!

Simple enough to use on both the back-end and front-end. Wish they had more game options like some of their competitors out there, but not their focus.

The app was simple to setup. Although I did have difficulty figuring out the color palette at first, but overall easy to navigate.

So one of my employees testing this app left a negative review, due to the trial and pricing structure that she felt was deceptive. This resulted in the app developer behind this app to leave bad reviews for my business on Trustpilot, Google Reviews and facebook all of them from multiple accounts. They then harrased my support team via phone, chat and email several times every day for weeks. So if you are thinking of leaving a bad review, you have been warned :)

Your employee installed our app and wrote a 1-star review 1-min after the installation claiming we didn't provide a 14-day free trial like stated on our app listing.
We do give a 14-day trial to all stores, We don't know why your employee didn't see it state there is a 14-day trial, Maybe it's because your store already installed our app back in July 2021.
We wish you we're to contact us before writing this review, as for sure we would have help and solve this issue quickly and to give the 14-day trial.
After getting the review, We wrote you an email about it and offered to help, but no one responded to the email we wrote, we also did a follow-up on the email but again we did not get a reply.
We never contacted you via phone or chat as you claim.
