WorkMate

Workmate helped bridge the gaps that native Shopify lacks for our necessary day to day operations. For us, it covers serial number management, purchase orders and inventory management, and service tickets.

It works between manually made orders as well as orders coming through from the online store, or the Shop App, allowing for a seamless allocation of in stock serials for order processing. WorkMate also gives the flexibility to manage and edit the serials, and directly ties to the product quantities to raise and fall as we receive in and sell serialized products.

The WorkMate team has been more than accommodating in working with us to make the app really tackle the pain points of our business. The team is responsive and informative, and they have been a great help in implementing solutions as problems arise.
