For some reason, your account with Worldwide Express is not returning responses in a timely fashion. This is not the fault of the app, but an account issue that your company has/had with Worldwide Express. Your complaint needs to be directed to Worldwide Express. We informed Worldwide Express about the issues with your account, informed you that we had, and they were slow to respond. When you asked for recommendations for alternatives, they were provided. At no time were you informed that the app "is still being tested." It is a mature product that works seamlessly for hundreds of merchants. At no time did you request a phone call, and in every communication you had with Eniture Technology, our phone number and the agent's direct extension were featured in the signature block. Our phone number (404-369-0680) is also prominently featured on our website, and when you installed the app, you received an email informing you how to contact support, including how to do so by phone. If you wanted to have a phone conversation, there were ample opportunities for you to request one or initiate one.
