Unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben Anfang des Jahres ein Projekt gestartet und zunächst schien alles vielversprechend. Es wurde uns zugesichert, dass unsere Anforderungen sowohl technisch als auch produktionstechnisch realisierbar seien. Trotz vieler Meetings und intensiver Zusammenarbeit gab es immer wieder Probleme und Verzögerungen.
Besonders unzufrieden waren wir mit der Kommunikation und der Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter. Es kam häufig zu verspäteten Antworten und unzureichender Unterstützung.
Obwohl wir alle notwendigen Informationen und Ressourcen bereitgestellt haben, wurden unsere Anforderungen nicht korrekt umgesetzt. Es gab mehrere Missverständnisse und Fehlkommunikationen, die letztendlich dazu führten, dass unser Projekt nicht wie geplant realisiert werden konnte.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über den Verlauf des Projekts und die damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Diese Erfahrung hinterlässt den Eindruck, dass kleine Kunden für dieses Unternehmen nicht relevant sind. Wir hoffen, dass zukünftige Kunden besser behandelt werden
