Ink POD: Print on Demand

I love this app, I am making so many sales from family, friends and random off the streets.
People that I sold it to love the product.
I can't wait to sell on Shopify, not only to sell my own products but allow my customer design there own product.

Seriously, impeccable customer service, a pleasure to work with.

I have just opened a store on Shopify and created most of my designs from InkPOD. Today i came across a message that the app is not supported, I'm so heartbroken and i would like to get some clarity from the InkPOD team as to whether this issue going to be fixed? I can't spend another weak looking for apps that would give me the ability to create my designs like InkPOD. I have sent the message to the developer and still waiting for feedback.

Two months post the shop's launch, my satisfaction level stands at 80%.

- One of the products that was delivered to a customer had major printing flaws because the manufacturer had changed the model of the product. After submitting the complaint, I got a refund swiftly.
- After multiple purchases and careful assessment, I've decided to discontinue 2 out of the 8 items in my shop due to consistent issues with their quality. Unfortunately, these particular products did not meet the standards I strive to maintain for my customers.
- While I was initially thrilled by Ink POD's commitment to updating their mockup images according to my requests, it's disheartening that, after more than two months, I'm still awaiting 2 out of 3 updates. As a result, these two models are patiently waiting for their turn to be launched.

Overall, I remain satisfied with Ink POD's customer service and intend to be a loyal customer.

As a new store owner entering the world of Print-on-Demand, my experience with Ink POD has been exceptional. Their prompt and dedicated responses, even outside of regular hours, have been invaluable. I'm particularly impressed with their ability to create custom/new mockup photos that showcase my products in the best light. I'm confident that our collaboration will be smooth and successful as my store goes live.

In the future, I hope to have the opportunity to impact and enhance product quality by addressing minor imperfections through feedback and reviews.

Great app. One of the reasons I went with this app was because of the custom shoes which alot of services don't offer as well as the jackets. The primary reason is the custom branding. They have several options for custom branding which are very professional. Again, most services don't offer this feature either. The customer service is great. I have had several chats with reps and they have walked me through everything.

I placed my test order on October 11th. 2 weeks after, when all products were supposed to be already on the way, I was told one of them was not available anymore. No big deal, even I wondered by they could not ship other available products on time. Well, I am still waiting. It's been over 6 weeks!! and I still have not received anything! Customer service answers but does not help. I don't know about the quality of products and print, but I am definitely not using them as my supplier. I can't let my customers wait for 2 months to receive their order.

I reached out with a few questions regarding switching POD providers customer service was very fast to respond, answered all my many questions, and made the process simple. UPDATE: I have been using this POD provider for about a year now. They have exceeded my expectations. Anytime I have an issue like canceling a fraud order or updating shipping info they always respond timely and are very friendly. I have completely phased out my previous provider. Not only do their prices beat everyone I have used the quality is far superior!

I am so happy with the service and speed of delivery, my Boots arrived in 2 weeks (Australia) which is unheard of for POD. The print is amazing and true to colour. So happy with everything so far and can't wait to continue to grow my business.

J'utilise très regulièrement cette application et cela vas tres bien. Parfois certain de mes produit on des erreurs ou de leger défaut de fabrication. Lorsque sa arrive, je contacte le service a la clientele et hop, un remboursement ou meme reshipper le colis chez mon client. Coté qualité nous ne sommes pas du 5 étoile. Ce nest pas du gucci non plus. MAIS! C'est dans le meme grade que les soulier Nike pour la fraction du prix! Mes clients adore, J'adore egalement.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME! When I first started designing in this store mynisme.com, I was a bit apprehensive because of my designs and colors. OMG! When I received my products, I was blown away! EVERYTHING I created was just like it looked on the design but 100 times better. The material is of good quality and the shoes, don't let me get started on the shoes. Literally whatever you design is exactly the way it will appear on the product! My customers are amazed as well and are coming back for more. The customer service is also great, you will get a response back in minutes and any issues are resolved in a timely manner! I would recommend this store to anyone!

InkPod has the largest selection of POD Dropship shoes on the web so I gave them a shot. After dealing with customer service several times, I'm sold! They are so helpful and down to earth.

I love the shoes! I've gotten several samples so far and they are all top notch printing and packaging. I love the custom shoe box design option...makes it look so sleek and professional. Also, the customer service has been so good. They are so responsive and have solved every issue I've had on setting things up or how to do specific things for print quality. The customer service reviews are the reason that I chose to try them out. I tried out other shoe vendors before and their customer service was awful. You can't do business with a company that doesn't have customer service because problems always arise. That's just the nature of business. This company has been amazing so far.

Great app and easy to use. However I think there are still room for improvements. As of now for those imported products, I think it will be good if it can be clearly reflected on the "Add Products" page else we won't be able to determine which are the products we have already added previously. I think a filter on the "Add Products" page will be appropriate for us to filter those products we have already added and those that we have not added before as well as offering us the capability to sort the products will be most ideal too. Last but not least, their customer support is awesome. They responded within few minutes and I am impressed.

I've been discussing a number of products with ink pod and they're always open to ideas. I'm looking forward to working with them more to grow my brand.

The product they produced are high quality (I guess this is the only shoe POD I know that has a live customer service and a quality control manager). I used this app for a lot of my shoes and it seems to be pretty good so far. You have to make sure you choose fast delivery if you want your items fast.

I ordered a few pair of flip flops and a tote. It took 21 days to receive the flip flops and since they came from overseas one of the flip flops was slightly bent. I still haven't received the tote. The company reached out to respond that the tote is in customs. the solutions to a 21 day+ turn around is pay more money. Paying more would be pricing me out of using their services. This is incredibility disappointing since I designed a substantial about of products and spent a lot of time, effort & energy. I am a small business and this is just a great disappointment to find a new supplier and to start again!

So far the best POD app I've used to build my store. Frankie was more than helpful when I needed. When I chatted with them, they were very interested in providing the service I needed. I'd definitely recommend this app. I plan to use them to build my brand.

I used this app to design and dropship custom merch for my entertainment media brand. The prices were so low, and they had some unique items. Shipping times are between 19-27 days for the FREE Shipping. I was also informed that shipping times have been increased during Covid-19 times, so it is suggested that you pay for "expedited shipping" which will be around 4-12 days. The customer service is good, they usually respond within the day for chat. the design center can be a little bit better, but overall a good app.
