App is relatively easy to use, though not always entirely intuitive. It takes some time to get used to. The products are of good quality and ship quickly. I wish it were easier to set up tags and bulk-edit prices so that I could more quickly produce or update multiple items. This is a minor complaint though. Good customer service.

I reached out with a few questions regarding switching POD providers customer service was very fast to respond, answered all my many questions, and made the process simple. UPDATE: I have been using this POD provider for about a year now. They have exceeded my expectations. Anytime I have an issue like canceling a fraud order or updating shipping info they always respond timely and are very friendly. I have completely phased out my previous provider. Not only do their prices beat everyone I have used the quality is far superior!

So far, PERFECT! The template files are a little more intricate than some companies, but I've grown to appreciate the extra levels of customization. Zero complaints about product quality and customer service has been prompt and helpful!

Great app and easy to use. However I think there are still room for improvements. As of now for those imported products, I think it will be good if it can be clearly reflected on the "Add Products" page else we won't be able to determine which are the products we have already added previously. I think a filter on the "Add Products" page will be appropriate for us to filter those products we have already added and those that we have not added before as well as offering us the capability to sort the products will be most ideal too. Last but not least, their customer support is awesome. They responded within few minutes and I am impressed.

The product they produced are high quality (I guess this is the only shoe POD I know that has a live customer service and a quality control manager). I received my bulk orders without additional import tax. I especially commend William from customer support for facilitating all my orders and product needs. I highly recommend Ink POD!!!

I am a starter in the print on demand field. Currently I use more than 5 providers but so far my experience with InkPOD has been the most comfortable and more than I expected. I am 100% satisfied with the products, quality and customer services! Hopefully we can see more products categories coming shortly!

Very nice and reliable. The customer service is fast and nice.
One thing I would add is to make the warehouse items a part of the product (so create the product with this) so we can attach them straight away rather than having to do manual process.
Other than that great app... Waiting to for update !
