Great service and experiences with Ink POD. I've used them for a few years now with great results. Customers happy. Any problems sorted quickly and easily.
INKPod has been a great partner for me. Their response time to issues is genuinely stellar and always professional.
I had some issues with my last manufacturer, and sometimes, the response time would take days, which was unacceptable. INKPod's response time is usually between 15 minutes to a few hours, and once you start communicating with them, the issue is resolved swiftly.
I'm satisfied with the quality of their products and plan to offer more from their catalog in the future.
I have just opened a store on Shopify and created most of my designs from InkPOD. Today i came across a message that the app is not supported, I'm so heartbroken and i would like to get some clarity from the InkPOD team as to whether this issue going to be fixed? I can't spend another weak looking for apps that would give me the ability to create my designs like InkPOD. I have sent the message to the developer and still waiting for feedback.

Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. Because Shopify updated the data in the background, we did not synchronize it in time, causing our App to appear in the "unsupported" status. I use this supplier for shoes/blankets/bags/slides and a few other products. The quality is fantastic and the print and colour on the products is AMAZING!!! my customers have never had any complaints
