This is a great Gift Wrap app, I like that it gives you an option to make a message optional. The customer service was very friendly and helpful!

So far it sits in well with my theme (Sense) and is relatively easy to use. I had a bit of trouble with installing on my own but Mady was very helpful and friendly.

Many of our orders are gifts and the cart notes section was always a little confusing. This app is exactly what we needed to have a clear gift wrap/gift message option at checkout. Customer service has been quick and incredibly helpful so far -- got everything installed and looking great!

The app is inexpensive and the developer is responsive. However, this app requires a lot of manual configuration and pasting in codes and tags, something that was not made clear in the app's description and does not scale for larger stores. There is no ability to apply features to entire collections, or exclude by collection. The online help resources are very limited.
