I had a small issue with the app on my web shop and the customer help/care fixed it in about 5 min.
The app is very handy and it was installed promptly. I highly recommend it. I needed changes done and they did it straight away. Many Thanks
I had a bit of difficulty installing it, however Mady jumped in an not only installed it but gave me options on how I would like it to present. Very helpful and fantastic customer service. - Well worth it! -

We only need the gift wrap option for only one product. Customer service was extremely quick to help us and set everything up!
Used the App to display a checkbox in both the Product pages and Cart to enable the customer to select a specific gift option. On initial setup, the Wrapin App interfered with another running app causing a duplicated shipping charge to appear at checkout. I also had an issue getting the gift wrap checkbox to display in the cart but I contacted the app owner, Mady and explained the issues and he responded very quickly to resolve them and get the Wrapin App running perfectly. The App provides a number of excellent features which all work extremely well with my store and coupled with excellent service and response from Mady who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - you have one very happy customer. We are a drop shipper that has some items with a gift message and some items that do not have a gift message, This app works really well for our needs.
Amazing customer service, these guys literally coded the button for me and moved it around just how I wanted exactly. Highly highly recommend them very good app, looks great and the customer service is 10/10.
