I've just integrated this app and had great service setting things up and customising it. Would recommend based on the service.
Mady cares deeply about his craft, and it shows. His support was the best I've ever received and his expertise, unparalleled. We needed a custom solution using his app framework and he did this for us within 2 days. Responsive and professional - if you're not sure this app is for you - email him and he will tell you if it fits your use case.
We have just launched the app but so far have been impressed with the performance and the service. We had a a few minor issues getting it configured but were quickly and accurately helped out. Looking forward to seeing how this performs and what our customers have to say about the new option.
I searched and searched, wondering which would give me something simple to install and manage. I chose this one had the customer support person install everything for me and was live and happy with the outcome in 15 mins. Everything should be this simple :)

Simple, easy to use for both the shop owner and customers. I did have a bit of trouble installing the code correctly, but support was instant over chat, and they got it all set up within minutes. I've already had a few orders with gift wrap, and it's easy to see which items are getting wrapped and with what gift message on the order page, which was an issue with another app I had tried. If you're looking for an inexpensive and straightforward solution, look no further.
I could not personally get the coding to work, so Mady personally went in and did it for me not only in the checkout but on each product as well. I cannot say enough thank you's! Highly recommend this app!
