Wrapped: Gift Wrap & Messages

We've been really happy with Wrapped since we installed it a couple of years ago and they have recently upgraded the app to add new features. We had a few issues with transitioning from our legacy plan onto the new plan (with the new features) but Adam was extremely helpful as ever.

Great app! It allows us to offer that extra touch to our customers in a clean and seamless way directly on our website. Everything works smoothly without any issues.

The support team is very hands-on, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure everything works as it should.

Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

This app has been great. We really like how much you can customize the widget, and where it can be added (cart, PDP, excluding products by tag, etc). Excellent support too! Some shopify gift wrap apps are very clunky - not this one!

The apps functions as it should and interacts with our customers and admin without any issues. We did initally run into an integration issue when we started using the app last year just before the holidays Adam's support on this app was crucial. He understood the urgency to get the problem solved and responded and fix the problem infinity faster than it took the time for me to write the review. His service was so effective that I couldn't not come back and leave the review.

Easy to integrate and use!

We needed a "Gift Bag" option that would give a customer the option to add a single (or multiple) gift bags to an order, not as an individual product gift wrap. It was easy to customize the app to work for us, and Adam was extremely prompt in responding to inquiries and helping us find a solution.

Very easy app to install, with well thought through features. It works really well for us and enables us to offer gift options exactly as we would like to.
The thing that really makes it for us though is the support - super responsive, helpful and friendly. We spotted an issue (with how Shopify was processing some of the app requests rather than a problem with the app itself) and even though it was not specifically a fault with the app and it was late on a Friday night Adam responded really quickly and had a workaround fix released during that night - all with regular updates. Really impressive service, would definitely recommend - we're a relatively new store too but the app more than pays for itself already.

Finally! An App that does not put gift message/wrapping/notes data in the cart notes! This means you can actually have gift messages or order notes per PRODUCT, not per cart. We've been searching for this solution for ages so its been a massive win. The support is amazing and super responsive. They even helped us with advice on an issue not directly related to the app, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Ok. I searched FOREVER and tried so many different gifting apps. This is the one! A few highlights:
- you know all the exceptions you have? They handle it all. Exclude this, tie this to that. Don't show it here, show it here. They have thought of it all.
- the interface is simple, lots of toggles. You want it to do this? Yes/No. What about this? yes/no.
- This guy Adam is the bomb. He responds during U.S. work hours and is great.

Overall, sophisticated yet simple. Why can't they all be like this? SOOOOO Good.
