Wrapped: Gift Wrap & Messages

Where to begin? I have been searching for the perfect app to add to my shop that supports custom gift messaging. This is a feature that our customers have been requesting for a very long time. I have tried a couple of other apps, but they didn't quite have the functionality, great UX design I was looking for, or ease of use for my customers (most importantly).

When I installed the app, I had to reach out to support really quickly to help resolve an issue involving implementation with my Rebuy flyout shopping cart. As I love Rebuy, finding another app to replace it is not something I am willing to compromise on. Adam was absolutely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure that my installation of Wrapped worked seamlessly with my expected customer journey. The integration with Rebuy works perfectly now and I could not be happier. Adam's willingness to help and quick solutions absolutely amazed me. Incredible support! Thank you!

I am a tech dinosaur and was able to easily install the Wrapped App on a Shopify 2.0 Theme. It was a chinch! Also, Wrapped tech support (ADAM!!!) is phenomenal. I needed help to personalize the app to best suit my product and also the design of the website. Adam stepped in and within minutes had the app look and feel just the way I had wanted. AMAZING. Adam is stellar - he is super proficient and provides top-notch service. He's also gracious and friendly and put me totally at ease. I love the Wrapped app and am really excited to work with the Wrapped team going forward. I'm really impressed. And I'm using the Free Version to get started since just starting a new website. I felt like I got the type of service reserved for their advanced pro clients. I felt as if I was their most appreciated top client. THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!

A fantastic app - simple to set up and customise to display a gift wrap option on the products you wish to offer this to. Exclusions on products like gift cards or non-gift items couldn't be easier - a simple product tag is all that's needed and is explained really well within the settings area of the app. Support has already been incredible. Within a few minutes the app's support team was reviewing my query to ensure the app was displaying for customers. Worth every penny and a gorgeous addition to our store. I love this app, and it was so easy to set up! I wanted something simple to add to my print shop, and this app exceeded expectations. The support is excellent and I would highly recommend :)
