Very VEry bad customer support
Not responding and offline all the time the app conflict with others discount and bundle apps

The apps functions as it should and interacts with our customers and admin without any issues. We did initally run into an integration issue when we started using the app last year just before the holidays Adam's support on this app was crucial. He understood the urgency to get the problem solved and responded and fix the problem infinity faster than it took the time for me to write the review. His service was so effective that I couldn't not come back and leave the review.
I can't say enough good things about the Wrapped app and the incredible support I received. They helped me every step of the way—on a Sunday, no less—Big Game Sunday at that! Their kindness, patience, and generosity with their time truly stood out. They were not only informative but went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident using the app. If you're considering Wrapped, don’t hesitate. The app is fantastic, and the support is unmatched. 10/10 Highly recommend!

the app is just amazing for a gifting store but i am facing some challenges with the app as some time it dose not appear in the cart page

Finally! An App that does not put gift message/wrapping/notes data in the cart notes! This means you can actually have gift messages or order notes per PRODUCT, not per cart. We've been searching for this solution for ages so its been a massive win. The support is amazing and super responsive. They even helped us with advice on an issue not directly related to the app, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Very easy app to install, with well thought through features. It works really well for us and enables us to offer gift options exactly as we would like to.
The thing that really makes it for us though is the support - super responsive, helpful and friendly. We spotted an issue (with how Shopify was processing some of the app requests rather than a problem with the app itself) and even though it was not specifically a fault with the app and it was late on a Friday night Adam responded really quickly and had a workaround fix released during that night - all with regular updates. Really impressive service, would definitely recommend - we're a relatively new store too but the app more than pays for itself already.

In this case it was Shop Pay having a bit of a hiccup, and we were able to solve and release a work around within a few hours.

Great app for adding gift messaging. Excellent customer service from Adam to help with set up and a showed a good desire to learn and understand our business needs.
Great app. customer service is also great and fast. I really liked that the gift wrapping appears on the order with a code that specifies which item needs to be wrapped. That way theres no confusion on what item you need to wrap if there are multiple items. Real easy to install and customize.
Cannot recommend this app enough. It's perfectly brilliant, does what it says on the tin, and comes with excellent customer support! Thank you Adam.
