please new users dont use this app, as i used this app , this guy is using india post delivering service is too late, and after paying money, money is blocked there is no proper customer services, no proper solutions, and i am giving zero star. so new users dont use this app, its third class app, this guy is delivering through india post after 1 to 2 months, and therefore money will be blocked .... and there are no chances for refund.. my expericence is worst with this company..., still my money is blocked of around 2200.. since 27th of january, and still my 3 orders are in in transit..,, i am praying god to get my money back..

Regarding the delivery timelines you mentioned, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. As outlined in our shipping policy, we aim to deliver orders within 7-15 days. However, there are rare occasions when unexpected delays occur due to circumstances beyond our immediate control. These might include factors like incomplete address details, weather disruptions, network congestion or logistical constraints faced by delivery partners. Furthermore, the selection of logistics provider is depends on the serviceability of the buyer's specific pin code, which may occasionally affect delivery timelines. Please note that we only shipped orders through India Post for areas not covered by other major courier companies, which can also impact delivery times.

We also wish to clarify the status of your orders. Per our Shipping & Return policy, if a package cannot be delivered due to reasons like incorrect address details, an absent recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package is returned to us. Unfortunately, this was the case with the three orders you highlighted, which were marked as RTO.

We wanted to inform you that the orders you've highlighted have been returned due to the reasons mentioned above. In accordance with our return and refund policy, refunds for these three orders have already been processed. They cancel orders without reason. They do not pay remittances on time even after taking upfront payment for cod orders. Product quality is worst. Support is nonexistent. RTO is high for a product which has good delivery on Roposo. Dont go for their cheap bad quality products.

So bad I contacted to them from WhatsApp and they don't know what are they doing there, they don't know how to do withdrawal, I literally asked 7 questions and they took whole day to research just to answer those simple questions like if they need GST or not, shipping time, fees and some other simple things.

Customer service and my first impression is very very bad, all those reviews are fake I think. Don't use this thing! Too bad

waste of time firstly they will say 10 orders free with Cash and delivery with out pro but they charge product amount first we need to recharge first and after customer pays through cash and delivery they will return that money in 7 days that to minimum 1000 rupees needed to with draw and i tried by taking pro also in pro also they ask ask to pay first for cash and delivery orders.totally waste of money and waste of time dont trust above review thats fake .
