none of the buttons and support work, u cant uninstall the app, and keep paying fees cuz there is no support or guide.

Hi,
to uninstall any app to go to Shopify Admin Dashboard, then click on Settings, after click "Apps and sales channels," click on the three dots of any app you would like to install.

We really like this app. It helped communicate the advantage of ordering a little more to get free shipping. After installing, we saw people going for the X to get free shipping much more consistently.
